After speaking with an associate about the wall unit I wanted to donate and she replied "no problem we can take it", once I got there they said they could not take it, they were too full. It was a big item to just forget about. Never going to donate there anymore!

This store needs some work. Idk who their district manager is but they need to get this store together. Every time I've gone the employees are rude and passive and act like they have so many better things to do meanwhile the store is a mess. I went in today and found stained clothes and clothed that were marked higher than the original price tag! The prices in general are absolutely ridiculous. 7 dollars for a shirt is way too much. Also, the store smells musty all the time. They should spray the clothes with fabric softener before they send them out to the sales floor. Having been to both goodwill's in the HD, I am not impressed with either one and will just go down the hill for thrifting in the future.

The past several times I have visited goodwill it has been extremely junky and overpriced. Let’s remember everyone- these items are donated to goodwill for free, they should not be priced the way they are.
No dressing rooms makes it very inconvenient for us coming from a town over, if something doesn’t fit I have to drive 45 minutes to bring it back. :/

I came into this store with my elderly mom because my mom wanted to exchange some clothes. My mom had already complained to me about the manager Carmen in the wheelchair. My mom had some concerns about this manager stealing her money. Upon asking her to exchange the clothes automatically the manager Carmen refused to exchange unless we paid more money and have her check the cameras. This lady is possibly stealing money from the elderly customers. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and also other authorities. I would like corporate to contact me directly. She sits in her cashier position only charging cash and not taking any customers with credit cards. Hence the reason why she is stealing money. I will not stop filling complaints until this manager gets fired. After speaking with the actual manager Linda, she brushed it off as not important. I did report this store to elderly abuse through the state. I did notice that the employees also seem sketchy about her also.

Lots of quality clothes great prices awesome employees. Certain days have great discounts on already low prices, check for red tags on clothing for awesome discounts.
